The film Exposure provides a first-hand look and practical guidance on treatment options for people experiencing anxiety disorders and depressions.
With insight from Professor Ron Rapee, Founding Director of the Centre for Emotional Health, and clinical psychologist Scott Wright, EXPOSURE follows a young man trialing an extreme version of exposure therapy, confronting his worst fears in the most public and humiliating ways possible.
